Gaylord and Margaret Robinson (Gaylord voiced by Rupert Degas in season 1, Stefan Ashton Frank in season 2 onward, and Margaret voiced by Teresa Gallagher) are the Wattersons' stuck-up, grouchy, next-door neighbors, and Rocky's parents.
